Absolutely! There is nothing linking our packages back to the sender. If you’d like the recipient to know the package is from you, then add a personalised message. If you are a recipient of such a gift, please don’t contact us, we don’t provide any details (or clues) to the person who took joy in sending you it.
Yes, most of the items we sell can include a customised hand-written message.
Please note that any messages containing hate, harassment, threats, accusations, or foul language will not be tolerated.
Made a mistake? Not to worry, as long as we haven’t already sent your item we should be able to change your message for you. Please get in touch at hello@postalpranks.com
The delivery timeframe depends on the delivery option you selected at checkout. We ship from a secret US location, within 24 hours of receiving your order. We currently send all orders via USPS First class or Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time of between 2-4 business days after dispatch.
Weekend orders are dispatched on the following Monday, meaning delivery should be calculated from this day.
Please always allow plenty of time for special occasions as we all know how reliable the postal service can be at times.
